


Online Coaching - Performance Nutrition
Online Nutrition Coaching is an extended service provided to assist strength athletes to perform at their best in training and during competition. This service is open to both Powerlifters, and Olympic Weightlifters, and upon particular cases, other strength athletes.
The service includes, but is not limited to:
Nutrition coaching for competition preparation
Nutrition coaching for day to day training
Nutrition coaching for acute weight cuts leading into competition, learning what works best for the individual athlete
Education on how to optimise training through smarter food choices and creating a fun and healthy relationship with food
Recommendations and advice on eating during holidays, off seasons, and normal day to day life
Almost 24/7 communication to stay in touch, where you can ask any questions related to performance nutrition
Advice on meal prepping, efficient cooking methods, creating balance on the plate
Performance Nutrition coaching is delivered via Google Sheets. This sheet will help us gather useful data over an extended period of time, and help build consistency in tracking the data, allowing us to notice and keep track of trends that may occur. Formal communications and check-ins are conducted over Whatsapp during specific feedback hours, and any communications that are necessary outside of that are conducted over Instagram or Facebook.
